Right For Weeds is a foraging project that aims to advocate for the most overlooked wild plants and fungi in urban settings. Using a mix of foraging, folklore, bushcraft and the arts, it facilitates opportunities for people to connect with the other members of the urban ecosystem.
Friends of Lesnes Abbey and Woods is the official friends group for Lesnes Abbey Woods in Bexley, and since forming in 2021 it has established walking tours of the site, supported events, held talks, organised litter picking and performed conservation and woodland crafting through its Forest Club.
